There is a User Guide for most Mission products which often contains answers to some of the most common support questions. Some products have printed User Guides included in the box. You can also download the latest versions in printable form from the printed user guide page.
If you are connecting a Mission expression pedal, amplifier, or speaker to a remote device such as a digital amplifier, effects unit, or MIDI controller, check the instruction manual for the device. Mission products usually require minimal configuration themselves, but the devices they are connected to often require some setup. This will normally be documented in the manufacturers instruction manual for the specific device being connected to.
If no setup instructions were included with a new product, this is because there is nothing to setup on the product itself. The setup instructions will be included in the instruction manual for the device you are connecting to.
Printed User Guides
Most products have a printed User Guide included in the box. You can also download printable copies of the user guides.
Additional web pages contain the latest setup instructions, FAQ’s, photos, tutorial videos and more. Scan the QR code on your product, or product package.
If the User Guide does not contain the information you need, try our Frequently Asked Questions page which addresses many of the most common questions we receive.

- Where you purchased the product
- Serial number and build date
- Other products you are connecting
- Description of your problem or question
To find the serial # and build date on most Mission pedals, remove the base plate or base of the enclosure, and locate the silver serial label.
On amplifiers and speakers the serial # and build date are on the black and white product label on the rear. You can also scan the bar code to retrieve the serial #.
Some Mission products have a QR code that you can scan with a smart device to link you directly to the user documents. You’ll need a device with a camera such as a smart phone or tablet. Just point your devices camera at the QR code using a suitable scanning app.
Most items purchased direct from Mission have a 30 day return policy. Most Mission pedals have a one year warranty, and amplifiers and speakers have a two year warranty when purchased new from Mission or an Authorized Dealer.
If you need to return a product, you’ll need a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number which is required before returning a product to us so that we can track it. You can request an RMA# online and the returns information for more details.
